Touch [ACCOUNT COPY LIMIT
SET].

Using
"Account #" for which you want to
set the maximum number of copies
to be made.

Select [COMMON] (for both) or
[INDIVIDUAL] for setting the color
and black copy limits, then touch the
[ON] key.

Touch the respective "Copy Limit"
key and then enter the copy limit
into the 10-key pad.
Useful Tip
If you want to set a Copy Limit for another account, repeat steps 6 to 8.
