Avaya Agent Stops Responding with Outbound Contact

If the Avaya Agent suddenly stops working or suddenly exits while you are making calls with
Outbound Contact, take the following steps.
To restore Avaya Agent and return to your Outbound Contact jobs:
1 Exit from Avaya Agent if it is running and if you exit.
2 Log in to Avaya Agent.
3 If you get an error message when trying to log back in, wait a moment and then try again.
4 Change your agent state for the incoming media channels.
5 Select and join jobs, as you did before.

Note: If you cannot exit from the Avaya Agent, open the Windows Task Manager
and end the application task.
