1. From the programming extension, press the PROGRAM key.
2. Press the Scroll Down key ( ) until "System Programming" is displayed.
3. Select "System Programming".
4. Enter the System Programming Password and select "Extensions".
5. Press the Scroll Down key ( ) until "Sys. Speed no. Override" is displayed.
6. Select "Sys. Speed no. Override".
7. Select the extensions on which you wish to activate the feature. Those extensions allowed to dial System
Speed-Dial numbers not normally appropriate to their Class-of -Service are indicated by a "♦".
NOTE: Numbers on an extension's Personal Speed-Dial list cannot override the Class-of-Service restriction of
the extension.
To Allocate a Voice Mailbox to an Extension
1. From the Programming extension, press the PROGRAM key.
2. Press the Scroll Down key ( ) until "System Programming" is displayed.
3. Select "System Programming".
4. Enter the System Programming Password and select "Extensions".
5. Press the Scroll Down key ( ) until "Voice Boxes" is displayed.
6. Select "Voice Boxes".
7. Two options are presented, "Standard Voice Boxes" and "Information Only VB"
8. Select the extensions that require a voice mailbox.
NOTE: To assign group and Phantom mailboxes, press the Scroll Down key ( ) until "Other" is displayed.
Select "Other". Select either "Group" or "Phantom" as required, and selected the appropriate mailboxes
required. Press the speakerphone key to finish programming.
NOTE: A "♦" symbol will indicate what mailboxes have been assigned.
NOTE: When allocating a mailbox, the Forward No Answer to voice mail feature will be activated
automatically.

To Configure Disconnected Extensions

The system assumes that all available extension interfaces have devices connected to them. If an extension
interface does not have a device connected, ensure correct system operation by disconnecting the extension
interface in System Programming.
1. From the Programming extension, press the PROGRAM key.
2. Press the Scroll Down key ( ) until "System Programming" is displayed.
3. Select "System Programming".
4. Enter the System Programming Password and select "Extensions".
5. Press the Scroll Down key ( ) until "Extension Disconnect" is displayed.
6. Select "Extension Disconnect".
7. Select the extensions you wish to connect or disconnect. Disconnected extensions are denoted by a "♦".
Press the speakerphone key to finish programming.
NOTE: When a Feature Phone is connected to an extension interface that is programmed as disconnected, the
Feature Phone display can appear as if the Feature Phone is connected. However, when the handset is lifted, a
busy tone is heard and no options will be displayed.
Voice Mailbox Capacity % Used
You can check the Voice Mail capacity used in individual mailboxes.
1. Enter the System Programming password and select "Extension".
2. Press the Scroll Down key until "VM Capacity % Used" is displayed.
3. Select "VM Capacity % Used".
4. Select the box to be examined.
The top line of the display indicates the percentage that is used.
