Error message
Meaning
Disk Full Error
The MAXX 2 cannot allocate sufficient
contiguous disk space to store print jobs
before printing.
DSP A Positioning
The A-axis motor has synched out
Error
resulting in an A-axis position loss.
DSP Command NAK
There may be a problem between the
PC and the DSP card.
DSP Command
There may be a problem between the
Synch Error
PC and the DSP card.
DSP Dataseq Error
There may be a problem with the PC
and the DSP card.
DSP Fire Pulse Error
This error usually occurs when an old
version of OMEGA or GA has been used
to create the job. When the error is
detected, the job is discontinued.
DSP State Error
There may be a problem with the DSP
board or computer.
DSP Thermal Error
The print head is outside the legal range
of 0 to 60
DSP Y Positioning
The Y-axis motor has synched out

resulting in Y-axis position loss.
DSP Z Positioning
The Z-axis motor has synched out

resulting in Z-axis position loss.
Edge Tracking Error
Check material for ragged or bent
edges.
Error Getting Data
Indicates a firmware fault, or a host –

There may be a problem with the
computer hard disk.

This error indicates a firmware fault, or a

The job file is corrupted or truncated.

Error Setting Voltage
The MAXX 2 printer cannot set the TPH
power supply to the correct voltage on
power-up.

Error occurs when writing to the
EEPROM
EEPROM on the TPH buffer board

Action
Space becomes available when each
print job finishes. If the error persists
even after all print jobs are finished,
power should be cycled off/on.
