You open the Registry Isolation Options dialog box by selecting a registry key on the Registry page and
clicking Isolation Options on the context menu. On the Registry Isolation Options dialog box, you can specify
whether the App-V application will see only the registry entries for the selected key that are part of that App-V
application, or will see a merged view of the registry entries for the selected key from both the local registry and
from the App-V application's registry.
