• The ADF glass or rollers of the ADF may be drty.
Clean the ADF glass and/or the rollers of the ADF. (See pages 11-2 to 11-3.)
• The drum charge wre may be drty.
Open the front cover. To clean the drum charge wre, pull the blue rod toward
you, makng sure t fully extends. Then return the rod to ts orgnal poston.

• The toner cartrdge or drum cartrdge may be defectve.
Remove the cartrdges and check them for damage.
If the problem perssts, replace ether or both of the cartrdges as ndcated.
• The document glass* s drty.
Wpe the document glass* wth a dry soft cloth.
• The document pad* s drty
Clean the document pad* wth a soft cloth dampened and a mld detergent.
• The drum charge wre may be drty.

Your machne normally cleans the transport roller automatcally. If other
solutons fal, please contact your Muratec dealer.

Correctly adjust the document gudes for the sze of the document.
• The ADF glass s drty (whle usng the ADF).
Wpe the ADF glass wth a dry soft cloth. (See page 11-2.)
• The document gudes are not sld up aganst the edges of the document.
Slde the document gudes aganst the edges of the document.
• Curled paper was loaded nto the paper cassette.
Flatten the paper before loadng t.
