Fle Format Select the default file format for scannng. You can set the
dfferent file format for monochrome documents and color
documents respectvely.
Batch Scan When you set t to OFF, you can dvde the scanned
documents nto page unt to send t as a separate e-mal
respectvely.
Subject setting
Functon Descrpton
Subject When you set t to ON, you can select the subject and the
message attached to e-mal. The selected subject and mes-
sage wll be attached to all e-mals to be sent f you have
not entered them for an e-mal transmsson.
The e-mal template can be regstered usng the web
browser. (See Chapter 4, "Usng the Admn Tools," n the PC
User's Guide.)
