Specifying the attachment file format (File Format)
• When sendng to a PC, the scanned document wll be sent as e-mal attachment
file.
• Select the attachment format from the followng: [TIFF-S], [TIFF] or [PDF].
• [TIFF-S] ... Ths form s for ITU-T T.37 smple mode. The scanned document s
• [TIFF] ....... Ths form s for ITU-T T.37 full mode. The scanned document s
• [PDF] ........PDF s only avalable when sendng to a PC.
NOTE
You can change the default settng for file format. See "Mal Settngs" on page 9-22.

Press <Fax>, and then press the "e-mal" tab.
Press [Others], [Next], then [FleFormat].
(1) Select the file format.
(2) Press [Enter] twce.
Enter the e-mal address.
Press <Start>.
(If you specfy the destnaton usng the address book, no need to press
<Start>.)
