Option 1: Registering or editing directly into the address book

NOTE
In the upper rght corner of the fax standby screen, you wll see "Shared" or "Per-
sonal". Ths ndcates the currently dsplayed address book s shared or personal.
A destnaton wll be regstered nto the dsplayed address book.
To dsplay the personal address book, you need to logn as an OfficeBrdge user.

Press <FAX> to dsplay the Fax standby mode.
Press [Add/Edt].
Followng the operaton from step 4 n "Regsterng or edtng a destnaton".
Press <FAX> to dsplay the Fax standby mode.
Use the numerc keys to enter the destnaton's fax number.
Press [Regster].
