Printing a User Access/Cost Accounting list
You can check the amount of paper and fax communcaton tme used by each user
after settng the "User Access/Cost Accountng" functon.
The "User Access/Cost Accountng" lst ncludes the followng nformaton for each
user:
NOTE
• Counts the pages up to 999999 pages, and the communcaton tme up to 9:59:59
(9 hours:59 mnutes:59 seconds). If the count exceeds the maxmum lmt, t wll
stop countng.
• If you want to reset the counter, see "Resettng the User access/Cost Accountng"
on page 8-13.
Sample of User Access/Cost Account lst:

• The charge per page for Copy, Fax, Scan, and Prnt
• Total of charge and communcaton tme of all users
• Regstered user name
• Total communcaton tme (n hours, mnutes and seconds; h:mm:ss) for each
user
• Total of fax charges and pages prnted of each user
• Total of copy charges and pages coped of each user
• Total of scan charges and pages scanned of each user
• Total of prnt charges and pages prnted of each user
