Printing a journal report manually
To prnt an actvty journal mmedately wthout watng for 100 transmssons:

2 Press [Journal Report].

Press <Settng>, [Lst], [Journal Lst].
Select the journal type you want to prnt.
• [Tx Report] prnts fax/Internet fax/scan to e-mal transmsson reports only.
• [Rx Report] prnts fax/Internet fax/scan to e-mal recepton reports only.
• [Tx & Rx Report] prnts both fax/Internet fax/scan to e-mal transmsson and
recepton reports.
When the confirmaton message appears, press [Yes] to prnt t.
