Sending a document using a sub-address and password
Enterng sub-addresses and passwords enables F-code securty box transmssons
and F-code bulletn box transmssons to be performed.
NOTE
Frst check the sub-address and password for each functon regstered on the
remote machne.

Set the document (See page 1-33, 1-34).
Press <Fax> to dsplay the Fax standby mode.
Press [Others], [Next], [F-Code Tx].
Use the numerc keys to enter the sub-address of the remote machne and then
press [Enter].
Use the numerc keys to enter the password, and then press [Enter].
• Up to 20 dgts, consstng of numerals, * and/or # can be used for passwords.
• If a password s not requred, press [Enter] wthout enterng anythng and
proceed to step 6.
Press [Enter] to return to the standby mode.
Specfy the destnaton and begn the fax transmsson.
The numerc keys, address book and group dalng can be used.
