Possible Cause(s)
The Film or Slide holder
— with film loaded —
has been left in the
Scanner.
An unexpected problem
has developed with the
Scanner software.
An unexpected problem
occurred with the
Scanner hardware.
Focusing could not
occur with the currently
selected area.
An unexpected problem
occurred with the
Scanner hardware.
Same as "Could not
acquire Select image"
earlier in this section.
Suggested Solution(s)
Remove the Holder from the
Scanner and try again.
If the steps suggested just above
do not resolve the problem,
reinstall the Scanner software as
described in Chapter 3
(Macintosh) or Chapter 7 (PC),
and try again.
Contact Kodak.
Select another area and try again.
Contact Kodak.
Same as "Could not acquire
Select image" earlier in this
section.
