This command is used to write the percentages of manual reset value to a
control point when there are offset at the control point in P or PD control oper-
ation.
1. The offset at the control point can be corrected by adjusting the manual re-
set value written to the control point.
2. Manual Reset Value Write (WK) cannot be used at a control point being
auto - tuned.
