Setting data error
continues temperature control even when this flag turns ON, the control out-
put of the control point will be OFF until this flag turns OFF.
This command is used to obtain information on errors that exist in the E5ZE.
If an error exists in the E5ZE, the control output of a control point will be OFF
and the E5ZE will turn an error output ON until the error is eliminated.
