Operation
Ensure that the motor power is reduced corresponding to the maximum output torque at the
gearbox.
Note
Converter world motor
The motor was specifically optimized for the vector control mode. For the servo control mode,
in some instances, adapt the adjustable parameters.
Converter world motor with speed encoder
When operating the motor with an encoder in the servo control mode, it is recommended
that the smoothing time constant for the speed actual value (Startdrive parameter
p1441 = 1 ms) is changed. In addition, One-Button-Tuning can be used at the SINAMICS
converter.
Converter world motor with separately driven fan
When using a separately driven fan, disturbing resonance effects occur at speeds above
3 500 rpm. Avoid operation at the resonant frequency; more detailed information is provided
in Installation notes (Page 26), or contact Technical Support.
