1. Navigate to and select the touch screen from the XiO Cloud environment tree to open its
configuration page.
2. Navigate to Settings > Schedule to display scheduling calendar settings for the touch screen.
3. Configure the desired Polling Interval settings. For more information, refer to
82.
4. Select O365 from the Schedule Source drop-down menu.
5. Enter the following Office 365 account information:
NOTE: The Client ID (Application ID), O365 Tenant ID, and Client Secret values are generated
within the Azure Active Directory portal for the Azure app. For more information, refer to
Configure Microsoft Graph for Crestron Desk Scheduling on page
Enter the email address associated with the Office 365 scheduling calendar in the Calendar

Email Address text field.
Enter the directory (tenant) ID generated for the Azure app in the O365 Tenant ID text

field.
Enter the client (application) ID generated for the Azure app in the Client ID (Application
l
ID) text field.
Enter the client secret generated for the Azure app ion the Client Secret text field.

6. Select Save Changes from the Action menu. The Office 365 scheduling calendar connects to the
scheduling application without requiring a restart.
