Swing down the Front Door.
Release and swing up the Upper Half of the copier.
Remove one screw and the Imaging Unit from the copier.
Using a soft cloth dampened with alcohol, wipe clean the
two Separator Rolls.

Release and swing up the Upper Half of the copier.
Remove the imaging Unit.from the copier.
Remove three screws and the Rear Cover.
Snap off the one E-ring to remove the Timing Clutch.
Snap off the one E-ring to remove the Rear Bushing.

Snap off the one E-ring to remove the Gear.
8.
Remove the front Bushing.
NOTE
Use care not to loose the Set Pin when removing the Gear. |
9.
Move the Timing Roller to the rear and, as shown in the il-
lustration to the left, remove it from the front.

Swing down the Front Door.
2.
Release and swing up the Upper Haif of the copier.

(6) Cleaning of the Multi Bypass Feed Roller (EP1031/EP1031F Only)

Open the Right Door.
2.
Using a soft cloth dampened with alcohol, wipe clean the
two Multi Bypass Paper Feed Rollers.
