Caution for storage
If the equipment is not installed immediately, it should be repacked in the original boxes and
should be stored in dry and clean condition.
Recommended storage condition:
- Temperature:
- No condensation
Handling precautions
CAUTION
•
The inside module should be handled in the electro static charge free environment.
That is, the user shall use an anti-electrostatic-wrist-band, which is grounded.
•
Before removing a module, ensure that you are at the same electrostatic potential as
the equipment by touching the case.
•
Handle the module by its front plate, frame or edges of the printed circuit board. Avoid
touching the electronic components, printed circuit board or connectors.
•
Place the module on an anti-static surface, or on a conducting surface connected to
the earth.
•
We strongly recommend the user to do a detailed investigation on the electronic
circuitry that should be carried out for the handling area, which is defined in the IEC
60747 standard.
•
There are two short-wires on the terminal block T2. They connect terminal screws
No. 17–18 and No.17–FG. Do not remove the both short-wires during in-service.
However, if the user wishes to undertake a dielectric voltage test, remove the No.
17–18 wire. For more information, refer to
test
(→p. 1154).
