POSITION SETTING
Enter the job position.
Position Setting [Add]
1.
From the upper menu bar, select [Operation Management] > [Position Setting].
2.
From the tool bar, click Add <
3.
Provide a job position in the [Position] input box.
4.
Click Save <
> in the tool bar.
5.
Modify – Use [Quick Search] at the top toolbar to fi nd desired data for modifi cation, change as necessary, and
click <
> to save changes.
6.
Delete – Use [Quick Search] at the top toolbar to fi nd desired data for deletion, select desired data to be
deleted, and click <
COMPANY-DEPARTMENT SETTING
Specify departments to use for each registered company.
1.
From the upper menu bar, select [Operation Management] > [Company-Department Setting].
2.
Select a company in the [Select Company] list box.
3.
Select a department in the [Department List] and use the right arrow key <
the mouse to drag and drop an item.
4.
Click Save <
> in the tool bar.
