SETTING THE ALLOWED CARD COPIES

1. From the top menu bar, select [Card Design] > [Set Card Issuance Count].

Screen descriptions
You can set the maximum number of allowed card copies and initialize the printing count.
Setting the count of card issuance means that limiting allowed number of cards for the company's card holder.
Resetting the card issuance information means initializing the record of number of printed card copies.

How to use

Setting the allowed card copies
Step 1) Select the "Set the count of card issuance" radio button in the Set Type of Card Issuance Setting.
Step 2) Select the company name in the card counting setting.
Step 3) Specify the desired maximum allowed card copies.
Step 4) Click [Apply].
Step 5) To check the allowed maximum copies, use search function of Reset Card Issuance Information
with desired company name and check the allowed maximum copies from the search result.

Initializing the printed card counting
Step 1) Select the "Reset Card Issuance Information" radio button in the Set Type of Card Issuance Setting.
Step 2) Select the desired company's name from the Reset Card Issuance Information. (Optional)
Step 3) Enter the desired card holder's employee ID in the Reset Card Issuance Information. (Optional)
Step 4) Click [
(Optional)
] button to select the desired card holder from the search result and click [OK] button.
