Set up the printer port as follows:

Click [Start], select Settings and then click Printers.

Click your printer with the right mouse button.

Click Properties.

Click the Ports tab.

Click [Add Port...].

Click LPR Port from the Available Printer Ports list, then click [New Port...].

Enter the IP Address or host name of the printer in the Name or address of
server providing lpd box.
Enter lp in the Name of printer or print queue on that server box. Then click
[OK].

Click [Close].

Click [OK].
