Click [Start], select Settings and then click Printers.

Click your printer with the right mouse button.

Click Properties.

Click the Details tab.

Click [Add Port...].
The Add Port window is displayed.

Click on the Network check button.

Specify the network path of the printer (\\server name\printer name).
• You can click [Browse...] and select the printer connected to the server.

Click [OK].

Click [OK] to close the printer properties window.
