If needed, set up the Advanced settings window and click [OK].
Use APOP:
Enables to turn on the APOP function by checking on the check box.
Delete Mail after Retrieval:
Mail in the POP server will be deleted by checking on the check box after mail is printed. If
the check mark is removed, mail will be printed again when the printer is restarted. It is
recommended to click this check box. Mail with the attached file are not deleted on the
POP server. When the printer is restarted, the mail will be printed again. If you want to
delete the mail, consult with your network administrator.
Mail Retrieval Limit:
When receiving mail which file size exceeds the setting, the mail is not printed and
remained in the POP server. When 0 (zero) is entered, mail will be printed regardless of
the file size.
Filter Setting:
When Enabled you can print mail selectively.

When you want to print only mail that help is included in the subject and sender is
test@testprinter.com or testadmin@testprinter.com, enter the following in the Filter
Setting box.
S:help & F:test@testprinter.com | F:testadmin@testprinter.com
S: help will look if help is included in the Subject.
&: means and.
F: test@testprinter.com means the mail is From test@testprinter.com. (You can also use
T: for To or C: for CC in place of F:.)
|: means or.
