Description
Enables or disables Error Notify function.
Specifies the domain name or IP Address of the
SMTP server. The DNS server must be
configured when the domain name is used.
Sets the E-mail address to notify from whom
mail is sent.
Sets the E-mail address of the person that sends
mail when the printer is in the status specified in
the [Notify Event 1...] / [Notify Event 2...].
E-mail is sent to the specified address when the
printer is in the specified status.
Kinds of the selectable printer status are
displayed. The printer status is moved to the
Selected condition box by selecting it and
clicking [ >> ].
• Offline:
Notifies the printer is offline (checking /
formatting the printer's hard disk drive or Menu
mode).
• Paper Empty:
Notifies paper is out.
• Printer Error:
Notifies the printer error (including paper
empty) has occurred.
Mail is sent to the specified address when the
printer is in the status in the Selected condition
box. The printer status is moved to the Available
condition box by selecting it and click [ << ].
Sets the interval time to check the printer status.
Sets the port number of the SMTP server. 25 is
used generally
Sets the signature when sending mail.
