To lubricate the throttle cable, choke
cable (P 524X)
1. Remove the right side cover.
2. Lubricate the free ends of the cables, including the
ends near the engine, with oil.
3. Attach the right side cover.
To lubricate the hydrostatic
transmission cable
1. Lubricate the joints and bearings of the hydrostatic
transmission cable with oil.
2. Remove the rubber sleeve and lubricate the
hydrostatic transmission cable with oil.
3. Press the forward drive pedal 5 times and lubricate
the hydrostatic transmission cable again.
4. Attach the rubber sleeve.
To lubricate the steering cylinder
The steering cylinder has 2 grease nipples, one on each
end.

• Lubricate with a grease gun until grease comes out.
To lubricate the articulated steering
joint
1. Lubricate the articulated steering bearing when the
product has all wheels on the ground. Lubricate
through the grease nipple (A) until grease comes out
of the hole (B).

2. Lift the product to release the pressure in the
articulated steering. The illustration shows where to
put the supports.
CAUTION:
support does not cause damage to the
control stay or causes a blockage of the
articulated steering.
3. Lubricate the articulated steering bearing again while
the product is lifted.
CAUTION:
grease comes out from the joint, below
the grease nipple.
