To connect the jumper cables
WARNING:
of explosive gas that comes from the
battery. Do not connect the negative
terminal of the fully charged battery to or
near the negative terminal of the weak
battery.
CAUTION:
your product to start other vehicles.
1. Open the engine cover. Refer to
install the engine cover on page 27 .
2. Connect one end of the red cable to the POSITIVE
battery terminal (+) on the weak battery (A).

3. Connect the other end of the red cable to the
POSITIVE battery terminal (+) on the fully charged
battery (B).
WARNING:
the ends of the red cable against the
chassis.
4. Connect one end of the black cable to the
NEGATIVE battery terminal (-) on the fully charged
battery (C).
5. Connect the other end of the black cable to a
CHASSIS GROUND (D), away from the fuel tank
and the battery.
6. Replace the covers.
To remove the jumper cables
Note:
Remove the jumper cables in the opposite
sequence to how you connect them.
1. Remove the BLACK cable from the chassis.
2. Remove the BLACK cable from the fully charged
battery.
3. Remove the RED cable from the 2 batteries.

Tire pressure
We recommend a tire pressure of 100 kPa (1.0 bar /
14.5 PSI) on all 4 tires.
To replace the PTO belt
1. Start the engine.
2. Turn the steering wheel fully to the left to get easy
access to the engine pulley.
3. Lower the cutting deck.
4. Stop the engine.
5. Remove the front cover.
6. Pull the spring handle to the left out from the spring
holder to loosen the tension on the tension wheel for
the drive belt.
7. Remove the left side cover on the cutting deck.
8. Pull the spring stay from the lift chain.
