make sure that the cutting deck is in float
position.
Note:
The pattering sound from the frame tunnel
does not mean that the product is defective.
8. Pull the PTO button out to engage the drive on the
cutting deck blades.
To adjust the cutting height
1. Pull the switch for the electric lift to lift the cutting
deck. Lift the cutting deck fully until you hear a
pattering sound.
Note:

2. Apply the parking brake.
3. Turn the ignition key to the STOP position.
4. Push and hold the lock plate in the direction of the
front of the cutting deck. Pull and lift the adjustment
lever for cutting height with your right hand. Do not
release the adjustment lever.

5. Hold the equipment frame (B) with your left hand.
Lift or lower the cutting deck while you move the
adjustment lever (A) for cutting height horizontally.

6. Release the adjustment lever for cutting height in 1
of the holes on the adjustment plate.
7. Release the equipment frame.
Note:
Refer to the table below for which
approximate cutting height that agrees with which
number.

To stop the engine
1. Release the speed pedals.
2. Push the PTO button in to disengage the drive on
the cutting deck blades.
3. Operate the engine at idle speed for 1 minute to
decrease the engine temperature.
