Maintenance
Make sure that nuts and screws are tightened.
Make sure that there are no fuel or oil leaks.
Clean the product.
Make sure that the safety devices are not defective.
Lubricate according to the lubrication overview.
Lubricate the cutting deck
Make sure that the fuel hoses and the couplings are clean
and not damaged.
Examine the 12V battery.
Do a check of the electrical connections and cables.
Examine the parking brake wire and adjust the parking
brake.
Make sure that the headlights and the warning lights oper-
ate correctly (if applicable).
After the cleaning procedure, do a visual inspection of the
pump belt tension.
Replace the pump belt.
Replace the PTO belt.
Examine the joint bearing in the articulated unit.
After the cleaning procedure, do a visual inspection of all
pulleys.
Do a visual inspection of all hydrostatic cables with links.
Examine the throttle and choke controls.
Do an update of the firmware if it is necessary.
Replace the PTO button.
Replace the hydraulic oil filter.
Replace the hydraulic oil.
Examine the spark plug for damages and make sure that
the electrode gap is correct.
Clean the air filter.
Replace the fuel filter.
Replace the air filter cartridge.
Examine the inner air filter.
Replace the inner air filter.
