3. Put the cutting deck in mow position.
4. Install the mulch plug in the opposite sequence.
5. Install the nuts and screws in the 3 holes near the
top edge of the cutting deck.
To examine the blades
CAUTION:
balanced blades can cause damage to the
product. Replace damaged blades. Let an
approved service agent help you sharpen
and balance blunt blades.
1. Put the cutting deck in servicing position.
2. Look at the blades to see if they are damaged and if
it is necessary to sharpen them.
3. Tighten the blade bolts with the correct tightening

To replace the blades
1. Put the cutting deck in servicing position.
2. Lock the blade with a wooden block (A).

3. Loosen and remove the blade bolt (B), the washers
(C) and the blade (D).
4. Install the blades parallel to each other.

5. For cutting deck R137. Make sure that the guide
pins are installed correctly through the groove of the
blades.
6. Install the new blade with the pointed ends in the
direction of the cutting deck.
WARNING:
can cause objects to eject from the
cutting deck and cause serious injury.

CAUTION:

7. Install the washer and the bolt to attach the blade.
Tighten the bolt with the correct torque. Refer to
Technical data on page 54 .
To do a check of the engine oil level
1. Park the product on level ground and stop the
engine.
2. Remove the engine cover.
3. Loosen the dipstick and pull it out.
4. Clean the oil from the dipstick.
5. Put the dipstick back in. Do not tighten it.
6. Pull the dipstick out and read the oil level.
