Damper Replacement - Roland VersaEXPRESS RF-640 Service Notes

3-2 DAMPER REPRACEMENT
RF-640/640A automatically opens the choke valves when the main power is switched off. Be sure to close the
choke valve when you remove a damper from the ink tube. Before replacing the damper, check which ink is
fi lled in the damper that you will replace by referring to the following image.

Turn off the Sub Power SW, and then turn off the Main Power

and unplug the power cable.
Remove the Rear Ink Cartridge Cover

by removing the 7 screws as shown.
