3-15 LINEAR ENCODER BOARD REPLACEMENT

Turn off the Sub Power SW, and then turn off the Main Power

SW.
Remove the Right Cover, the Right Top Cover and the Chas-

sis Cover.
Unlock the Head Carriage.

Remove the Carriage Cover.

The positions of fi xing screws for the Carriage Cover are at
the left, right and top of the cover.
The Carriage Cover has six screws.
