Open the Wire Saddles as shown.

Remove the Damper Joint from Damper.

In the case of RF-640A, remove the Ink Tubes
from Y Joint. No need to remove the Damper
Joint.
To prevent the ink leak or spat, cover the work
space by wiping cloth.
Remove the Ink Tube from T Joint.

Tape the new Ink Tube and leading end of the old Ink tube of

the Head side together.
