TROUBLE SHOOTING
11. Developer temperature is
too high.
Is the temperature setting too
high?
NO
Is DC 5V being supplied between
SSR1 #3 and #4?
NO
Is electricity being conducted
between SSR1 #1 and #2?
NO
Is AC 100V being supplied
between #2 and #3 on terminal
board TB1?
NO
Check the wiring between TB1
and SSR1.

NOTE :
After temperature setting adjustment, if improper temperature levels activates
the temperature error function, all the electrical loads will be switched OFF.
Adjust the temperature setting
YES
using the temperature control
board volume.
Check if the sensors and

temperature control circuits on
CPU board are functioning
properly?
(See the temperature control board check procedures.)
YES
Replace SSR1.
YES
Check the wiring connecting TB1
to Developer heater.
Repair any wiring breaks and
replace any faulty parts.
(See the circuit board check
procedures.)
If all of the checks are OK, check
the wiring connecting the
CPU board to SSR, and repair
the any wiring breaks.
If it is not OK, adjust or replace the
CPU board.
If all of the checks are OK,
replace the temperature control
tank.
