operating.
Is AC 24V being supplied between
JP24 #1 and #2.
YES
Is the CPU board fuse (F1) blown?
NO
Is DC 5V being supplied between
JP25 #1 and #5.
YES
Is JP26 properly connected?
YES
Is DC 5V being supplied between
JP26 #1 (GND) and #6?
YES
Replace the motor control board
and check to see if the motor is
operating normally?
NO
Replace only the motor and see if
normal operation is resumed?
NO
Replace both the motor and the
motor control board.
Check the wiring connecting JP24
NO
to the transformer's secondary
side.
YES
Replace the fuse.
NO
Check the wiring and connectors
to the CPU board.
NO
Connect JP26 properly.
NO
Replace the motor control board.
YES
Replace only the motor control
board.
YES
Replace only the motor.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
If all checks are are OK, replace
the transformer.
If all checks are OK, replace the
CPU board.
