Uninstalling the Network Wide Backup & Restore
optional application
This procedure tells how to start the Network Wide Backup & Restore
Administration tool and then how to uninstall the Network Wide Backup &
Restore application.
Requirements
Read this requirements section and the entire procedure through once before
starting the procedure.
Before you start, you must
• suspend any scheduled backup through the Backup & Restore User
Interface Action menu

Action
Log in to the workstation as root.
Start the Backup & Restore administration script. Enter
cd /opt/nortel/inmbr
Display the Backup & Restore administration menu. Enter
./br_admin
To uninstall the network wide Backup & Restore application, make sure all
INM users log out.
Select menu option 2. Enter

A message prompts you for confirmation.
Note: This operation is not recoverable.
If you want to proceed with the remove operation, enter
yes
A message notifies you that Backup & Restore has been successfully
removed.
To exit from the administration tool, use menu option 3. Enter
