Action
Select the individual backup you want from the Stored Backups list.
The list displays the following columns:
•
Date — date and time in which the backup occurred
•
Storage Location — the directory in which the backup resides
•
Locked — the backup is either locked or not locked (Yes/No)
•
Disk Usage (Bytes) — the size of the backup file(s)
View the details of the backup from the Details list.
Determine if you want to lock, unlock, or delete the backed up data.
If you want to
lock the backed up data
unlock the backed up data
delete the backed up data
Click on the Lock button.
The system prevents this backup from being erased.
Click on the Unlock button.
The system unlocks a backup so you can erase it.
Click on the Delete button.
The system deletes the file(s) containing the backed up data.
Note: You cannot delete a locked backup.
