Return
If you use another directory (this directory must already exist), enter
<full path name>
A directory called /inmbr will be created under the directory specified in this
step (for example, the default directory will be /opt/nortel/inmbr). If you
override the default with a directory called /my/directory/, the Backup &
Restore software will be installed under /my/directory/inmbr.
Meanwhile, a link /opt/nortel/inmbr will be created to point to
/my/directory/inmbr.
Note: The installation script checks the disk space in the specified file
system. If there is not enough space, you will be prompted to type in another
directory name.
If a version of Backup & Restore has already been installed, a message
prompts you to confirm whether or not you want to re-use its run-time
configuration in the new installation.
Note: Run-time configuration includes the information of all controllers that
have been added in the current Backup & Restore GUI, their backup
schedules, the location of all backups, etc.
If you wish to re-use the current run-time configuration, enter
yes
Note: The installation will first back up the current run-time configuration into
a file called /tmp/inmbr_config.tar, and then restore it back after the
new load is installed.
The configuration saved in this file can also be re-used by any later load
installation.
If you don't want to re-use the current run-time configuration, enter
