Agent Greeting Limits
Note that then if the amount of free memory on any of the cards in an Agent
Greeting group falls below the watermark level (approx. 128Kb) the following
occur:
Skillset Name Length Limits
There is a restriction on the size of skillset names allowed in Agent Greeting.
Skillset names cannot be greater than 16 characters long. This length is less than the
maximum size of skillset names allowed in Symposium SCCS/CCMS. Thus, if the
skillsets names used in SCCS/CCMS are greater than 16 characters long, Agent
Greeting cannot be used with these skillsets.

the free memory available on that card is highlighted in red.
