Installing the Agent Greeting Card
LD 32 – When a set is enabled from LD 32, it responds with a key map download
request message. Any unrecognized key codes are ignored, and incoming events on
those keys are not processed.

Caution
Always disable unused Agent Greeting ports in a switch.
Otherwise agent calls get routed to unprovisioned ports
and no greeting is played. For example:
(i) Ensure all Agent Greying ports are disabled in a switch
slot if there is no Agent Greeting Card installed.
(ii) Never enable more ports on an Agent Greeting card

Note: The VPS base card DSP capacity is 8 ports; each
additional VPS DSP module adds another 8 ports to a
maximum of 24 ports. The Media Card base DSP
capacity is 24 ports.The number of ports enabled by the
keycode appears on the faceplate by K:XX, where XX is
the number of enabled ports.
