Agent Greeting Hardware Installation
There are three types of Agent Greeting Multicard Group:
Single Card
Single Card Agent Greeting configuration is where only a single card is installed
(the Server Card) For example:
1.A Single VPS Server Card (NTVQ09AB).
2.A Single Media Card (NTVQ09BA) Server Card.
Common Card Multicard Group
Common Card Agent Greeting Groups are groups where all cards are of the same
type. For example:
1.An all VPS Agent Greeting (NTVQ09AB) group
2.An all Media Card Agent Greeting (NTVQ09BA) group

Agent Greeting Multicard Group Setup
If Agent Greeting on Media Card (NTVQ09BA) is to be
used in a multicard group, the Server Card MUST be a
Media Card (NTVQ09BA).
So if adding a Media Card (NTVQ09BA)to an existing
common card VPS Agent Greeting (NTVQ09AB) group,
or replacing a VPS card (NTVQ09AB) with a Media
Card (NTVQ09BA) in an existing common card VPS
Agent Greeting (NTVQ09AB) group, the Media Card
(NTVQ09BA) MUST become the server card.
