• Associate the gateway board with
the user account.
• Ensure that the user account is
active.
• Ensure that the panel's date and
time are correct.
Possible Fixes
• Ensure that the WLAN settings in
the gateway configuration tool
are correct.
• Ensure that the building's IP
network has Internet and CLSS
Site Manager connectivity.
Possible Fixes
1. On the gateway board, find the S8
button. To find the S8 button, refer
Figure 2.1

2. Press the S8 button until the LED
indicator DL6 flashes fast,
indicating enabled mobile
connectivity.
Possible Fixes
Associate the gateway board with the
user account.
Ensure that the user account is
active.
Ensure that the panel's date and time
are correct.
