Power ON/OFF of a network camera when a trigger occurs

Set a network camera not to be powered OFF when a trigger (recording startup trigger or file saving trigger) is satisfied.
Otherwise, a created video file may not be played or a displayed time may not match.
Formatting an SD memory card
Initialize an SD memory card inserted in a recorder module/camera recorder module before use. When configuring multiple
modules, initialize all SD memory cards inserted in the main and sub modules before use.

Folder name of a recording file
If the number of characters in a recording file name exceeds the number of available characters by adding additional
information such as a date and time or trigger comment, characters exceeding the number are cut off.
To avoid this, add additional information to the start of a format.
