BOOT MENU

To display the Boot menu, do the following.
1. Turn off the power if the machine is running.
2. Press and hold «OK» on the operator panel to power on the machine. Press and hold «OK»
until [BOOT MENU] appears on the display.
3. When [BOOT MENU] appears, release your finger and press «OK» again.
4. Input the password when the password entry screen appears. The password is the same as
the one required to enter [ADMIN SETUP].

Setting value
ENABLE
Enables the wireless LAN module.
DISABLE
After ENABLE is set, it will remain enabled even after the
wireless LAN module has been removed.
ON
Set the menu lockout function.
OFF
ON: Do not display menus.
OFF: Displays menus.
MODE1
Sets the panel lockout function.
MODE2
MODE1: «ONLINE», «OK», «CANCEL», «POWER SAVE» and
OFF
«FEED/CUT» will be usable, but all other buttons will be disabled.
MODE2: «ONLINE», «OK», «POWER SAVE» and «FEED/CUT» will
be usable, but all other buttons will be disabled.
OFF: All the buttons are usable.
Set the actions of « ∧ » and « ∨ » when items in the menu are
OLD TYPE
selected.
NORMAL TYPE: Shifts one item back (toward the top) when « ∧ » is
pressed. Moves to the next item (toward the bottom) when « ∨ » is
pressed.
OLD TYPE: Moves to the next item (toward the bottom) when « ∧ » is
pressed. Shifts one item back (toward the top) when « ∨ » is pressed.
A confirmation message will be displayed when the setting value
is changed.
When [YES] is selected, the settings value will change, and the
machine will reboot.
ALWAYS ON
Sets the power supply method when recovering from a power
ALWAYS OFF
failure.
LAST STATE
ALWAYS ON: When the power is supplied, the machine will be
started.
ALWAYS OFF: Turn the power on manually.
LAST STATE: Resumed from the state immediately before the
power failure.
EXECUTE
Resets the adjustment value of the paper sensor.
Resets the adjustment value for the paper sensor that was
adjusted by executing [MENUS] - [SENSOR CONFIG] - [SENSOR
ADJUST].
*After [SENSOR ADJUST] is executed, if the message "OPEN TOP
COVER OR FEEDER COVER/380: PAPER JAM OR PAPER SENSOR
POSITION MISMATCH" will occur and this is not cleared by
rebooting the machine, execute this menu. After executing this
menu, if it is still necessary to adjust the paper sensor, execute
[SENSOR ADJUST] once again.
