• Problems common to printer drivers and utilities
Symptom
[Help] is not displayed.
The [User Account Control]
screen appears.
The [Program Compatibility
Assistant] screen appears.
Cause/Solution
The Help function is not supported.
When starting the installer or utility, the [User Account
Control] screen may appear. Click [Yes] or [Continue],
and run the installer or utility as administrator. Clicking
[No] will not start the installer or utility.
When the [Program Compatibility Assistant] screen
appears after the installation has completed (including
when installation is aborted in the middle), be sure to
click [This program installed correctly].
