The "Rate" parameter determines how fast
the pitch sweeps from the normal pitch of the
voice to the pitch determined by the level
parameter. A setting of "63" produces the
fastest (almost instantaneous) sweep, while the
minimum setting of "00" produces no change.
Summary: Turns polyphony on or off for the selected
