Each row in an accountActions table has 14 fields (or columns).
page G-2 lists the fields that compose an accountActions table in the order in
which they appear in the table.
The one-letter or two-letter abbreviations given in the Mnemonic column are a
shorthand notation used to indicate required fields for each action code in the
"Action Codes" section on page
