Solving Audio Problems
Possible Cause
Software volume control is
turned down in Microsoft
Sound System Control Panel.
Headphones are plugged in.
Speaker cable is loose.
Headphones are not plugged
in correctly or volume control
is turned down.

In Windows workstation,
select Volume Control
under Accessories and
adjust volume.
Unplug headphone jack.
Ensure that the speaker
cable is properly
connected.
