Log Messages on the Camera

The list of log messages displayed in [System] > [Maintenance] > [Log] > [View Logs] on the Settings Page (P. 84).
Log messages are classified into the following types.

If no content is recorded in a log for approximately two hours, "-- MARK --" will be recorded in the message area.

Error Log


System Error
S303 Error on saving settings [err]
Description Can't update files of system settings
(S303)
Meaning An error generated while the system
was saving a setting, Can't update
system settings.
Countermeasure If the error is detected after rebooting,
initialize to the factory default settings. If
the problem persists, contact the
dealer.
S320 PAN/TILT operation error [err]
Description %1 error occurred. [%2] (S320)

Meaning An error occurred during operation or
stopping of PAN/TILT.
Countermeasure Check if there is anything that interferes
with the PAN/TILT operation, such as the
contact of the camera head with
something. After resolving, execute [Pan/
Tilt Initialization] (P. 80). If it is still not
resolved, it may be a camera failure, so
contact the dealer.

decrease in speed is detected.
If the error is still detected after
rebooting, it may be a failure with the
fan, so contact the dealer.
Cannot control FAN. (S332)
IO is not available to control the fan.
If the error is still detected after
rebooting, it may be a fan failure, so
contact the dealer.
Failed to resume from standby or switch
to standby (S350)
Failed to resume from or switch to the
standby status.
If the error is still detected after
rebooting, contact the dealer.
