(IEEE-488, RS-232, Overlapped)
(Standby command) Deactivates the 5820A Calibrator output if it is in operate.
Parameter:
Example:
Disconnect the selected output from the 5820A Calibrator front panel terminals.
TDPULSE
(IEEE-488, RS-232, Overlapped, Coupled)
Turns tunnel diode pulser drive on/off in EDGE mode.
Parameters: ON (or non-zero) or OFF (or zero)
Example:
Returns the tunnel diode pulse drive setting in EDGE mode.
Parameters: None
Response: 1 if ON, 0 if OFF.
FASTEDG and TDPULSE cannot both be on. Turning one on automatically
shuts the other off.
TDPULSE?
(IEEE-488, RS-232)
Returns the tunnel diode pulser drive setting.
Response:
TLIMIT
(IEEE-488, RS-232)
Sets the OPERATE time limit for the OVERLD mode signal. The Calibrator
automatically returns to STANDBY if the UUT protection trips within this interval or at
the end of this interval if the protection has not tripped.
Parameters: 1 to 60 (seconds)
Example:
TLIMIT?
(IEEE-488, RS-232)
Returns the programmed OPERATE time limit for the OVERLD mode signal.
